This documentation includes plans, specifications, and other supporting materials necessary for obtaining the required approvals for the project. However, the client has the option to handle the DA or CDC process themselves if they prefer.

New Build Services: In addition to renovation projects, we also offer services for new builds. If a client intends to construct a new house, our team can assist with architectural design and provide comprehensive construction services. We offer an additional optional service where our in-house Buyer's Agents help potential buyers find their desired home.
